Fourninetine Bakery 是一間專注於可頌的麵包店。
設計策略以溫潤材質、簡約尺度與機能整合為主軸，結合座席、展售與生活展示等多重場域，打造一處讓人願意停留、回訪與建立日常連結的場所。
｜Overall Design Concept｜
Fourninetine Bakery is a bakery dedicated to crafting fine croissants.
The design strategy centers on warm materials, simplified proportions, and integrated functions—bringing together seating, retail display, and lifestyle curation to create a space that invites people to stay, return, and build a daily connection.

｜麵包櫃設計｜
主展示區以「動線整合 + 視覺統一 + 生活延伸」為概念進行設計。麵包展台由木作盒體構成，具備分格展示功能，販售完畢可上蓋收起，維持空間整體整潔性與畫面感。
下方平台設計則作為生活物件與品牌書籍的展示層，將商品場域與品牌態度同步傳遞，進一步模糊商業與生活的界線，強化品牌風格的延伸性。
｜Bread Display｜
The main display area is designed around the concept of "flow integration + visual coherence + lifestyle extension."
The bread display is constructed from modular wooden units with compartmentalized sections for showcasing pastries. When sold out, the top lids can be closed to maintain spatial cleanliness and a cohesive visual tone.
The lower platform serves as a display for lifestyle objects and branded publications, allowing the retail area to simultaneously express the brand’s identity and attitude.

｜戶外區設計｜
戶外空間原本不是加分項，但我們覺得它應該可以變成一個「生活的過場」：從街道走進室內前，有一段放鬆的轉場。
我們保留了原有鋼構骨架，重新刷上湖水綠，並加入紅色點綴，讓戶外與室內之間產生連續感與視覺節奏。原本的鐵欄杆則以卡式板材包覆，搭配布簾進行柔化與遮蔽。這樣的設計不只讓戶外區更親近街景，也同時提升街角可辨識度，形塑品牌戶外場域的識別印象。
｜Outdoor Area｜
The original condition of the outdoor space was less than ideal, but we believed it could become a “transitional moment of daily life”—a relaxed interlude before entering the interior from the street.
We preserved the existing steel structure, repainting it in a lake green tone with red accents to create a sense of continuity between outdoors and indoors. The old iron railing was clad with snap-on panels and softened with fabric curtains for both coverage and atmosphere.
This approach not only brings the outdoor area closer to the street life but also enhances the storefront's visibility, establishing a distinct brand presence in the streetscape.
