- 芏 Astēa 是一座從土地出發的風味實驗場 -
我們相信，風味的核心來自品牌本身，而空間的角色，是將這份感知延展並具體化，使體驗更完整。
空間設計圍繞三個核心概念展開：荒地、實驗、重生。
Astēa is a flavor atelier born from the soil.
At Astēa, we believe that true flavor begins with the brand’s essence.
Space, in turn, carries this sensibility forward—shaping it into a tangible experience that lingers with every encounter.
Our design language is guided by three ideas : Wilderness, Experimentation, and Rebirth.
· 荒地：空間從地面開始展開，採用近似土壤質地的地毯，延續如土地般沈穩的基調，讓每一次步行都像是踏著內在的節奏。
· 實驗：中心吧台作為風味生成的核心，由調酒師以茶葉為介質，結合氣味與技法，重新定義「飲」的感知體驗。
· 重生：每張桌面上皆設置一盞如花朵綻放的桌燈，象徵風味與情感在此重構，成為一場靜靜展開的個人對話。
· Wilderness: The space begins from the ground, with carpets resembling the texture of soil. This grounding tone, steady as the earth itself, turns every step into a rhythm of the inner self.
· Experimentation: At the heart of the bar, flavors are born. Using tea leaves as a medium, the bartender weaves aromas and techniques together, redefining the very perception of “drinking.”
· Rebirth: On each table rests a lamp shaped like a blooming flower—symbolizing the quiet reconstruction of flavor and emotion, unfolding as a personal dialogue.
室內量體的線條清晰，邏輯分明，以極簡語彙構築出可被閱讀的空間。金屬材質的點綴，在自然基調中引入理性的語感，創造出一種介於有機與實驗之間的張力，提醒我們：感官的感受，也來自結構的控制與鬆動。
白牆靜默，光影與聲響隨時間緩慢流動。
這裡，是風味與感知持續生成的場域，
每一次品飲，都是感受當下的一段展開。
The interior volumes are defined by clear lines and precise logic, composed through a minimalist vocabulary that renders the space legible. Metallic accents introduce a rational tone into the natural foundation, generating a tension between the organic and the experimental — reminding us that sensory perception also arises from the interplay of control and release.
The white walls remain silent as light, shadow, and sound shift slowly with time. This is a setting where flavor and perception are continuously formed, and each sip unfolds as an experience of the present moment.

入口・
基地臨街的一側原本是單調的騎樓立面，缺乏可停留的景致。我們選擇在門面上刻意退縮並製造轉折，不讓視線一眼望穿。局部設置的開窗如同小小的框景，讓路過的人能窺見內部營造的景色，既帶來好奇，也保持一份矜持。這樣的安排，使入內的動線更自然，同時避免打擾到已在空間中的客人。
The site originally faced a plain arcade façade, offering little to capture attention. We intentionally recessed and angled the entrance, creating a subtle threshold that prevents direct exposure from the street. Small framed openings reveal glimpses of curated views inside—enough to spark curiosity without fully unveiling the interior. This approach not only draws people inward with a sense of discovery, but also ensures that those already inside enjoy their experience undisturbed.

吧檯區域・
在空間的中央，我們以吧台作為風味生成的核心。
它不只是調飲的工作檯，而是一座「實驗場」。
荒地的基調在此被轉化，調酒師以茶葉為介質，將氣味、風味與技法融合，展開一場細緻的實驗。
吧台因此成為空間的心臟──每一道飲品的誕生，都呼應著品牌的主題敘事：荒地、實驗、重生。
At the heart of the space, the bar stands as the core of flavor creation.
It is more than a counter—it is an experimental ground.
Here, the spirit of the wasteland is transformed, as the bartender uses tea leaves as a medium to merge aromas, flavors, and techniques into delicate experiments.
The bar becomes the heartbeat of the interior—each drink born here echoing the brand’s narrative of Wasteland – Experiment – Rebirth.

包廂區・
包廂被安置在空間的後方，我們刻意將它置於中央，兩側留出走道，讓動線不再單一，而是留有更多的想像與流動。上方保留原始的鐵件架構，恰好呼應了品牌的質地與精神。包廂本身的量體設計帶有多處開窗，讓視線在穿越與停留之間產生層次，延續空間裡若隱若現的節奏。
The private room is placed at the rear, intentionally set in the center to leave two side corridors—opening up multiple pathways and possibilities for movement. Above, the exposed steel structure remains, echoing the raw character of the brand. The room itself is punctuated with openings, creating layers of sightlines that shift between glimpses and pauses, continuing the rhythm of subtle revelation throughout the space.

燈具設計・
在吧檯的桌面，我們為 芏 Astēa 設計了一盞專屬桌燈。
它以花朵為形，象徵「重生」 ── 荒地過後，生命在光裡悄然綻放。
燈體以俐落的鐵件構製，燈罩則以花瓣為靈感形塑而成，將剛毅與柔軟並置其中。
底座具備放置茶葉培養皿的功能，透過光的照明，當季的茶香、風味與光影一同被展示著，將「荒地－實驗－重生」的主體敘事，凝縮於桌面之上。
On the bar counter of Astēa, we designed an exclusive table lamp.
Shaped like a blossoming flower, it symbolizes rebirth—life quietly unfolding in the light after the wasteland.
The body is constructed with sleek ironwork, while the shade draws inspiration from petals, placing strength and softness side by side.
Its base is crafted to hold a dish of tea leaves, allowing seasonal aromas, flavors, and light to be displayed together.
In this way, the core narrative of Wasteland – Experiment – Rebirth is condensed upon the tabletop.
