將一鍋湯，昇華為一場儀式。
BON BROTH 是一間以湯為核心的精緻火鍋店，空間設計由「圓」展開，吧檯圍繞中心，沙漏狀裝置緩緩注入湯底，象徵時間的萃取與等待。
天花板層層堆疊的形體取自等高線語彙，象徵對萬物食材的尊敬與堆疊，為一場專注於味覺層次的饗宴，鋪陳出適切的節奏。
空間基底以質樸的土料質感鋪陳，語調內斂，讓湯、食材與人的交流自然發生。
這裡，是湯與時間交織的場域，
是一段從食材出發，回到人心的味覺旅程。

A pot of broth, elevated into a ritual.
At BON BROTH, soup is not just a dish — it’s the soul of the experience.
The space begins with a circle: a central bar surrounds a sandglass-like installation, where broth flows slowly, embodying time, patience, and quiet focus.
Above, layered ceiling forms echo topographic lines — a tribute to the earth, the ingredients, and the hands that prepare them.
Grounded by raw, earthy textures, the space speaks in a soft tone, allowing flavors, warmth, and human connection to take the lead.
This is where broth and time converge.
A journey that begins with nature, and returns to the heart.
Custom-designed furniture
我們亦為整個場域訂製專屬的傢俱與燈具，舉凡單椅、木製長椅、吧台椅及包廂沙發，皆能提供顧客不同的氛圍與體驗。
We also custom-designed furniture and lighting for the entire space, including individual chairs, wooden benches, bar stools, and booth sofas, each contributing to varied atmospheres and experiences for the customers.
